Where do you ship?

We ship all around the UK & Internationally. However, at the moment we are not able to ship in the EU & N. Ireland.

Do you ship in Europe & N. Ireland?

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to Europe & Northern Ireland. Please know, we are working in the background to find the best resolution for this.

What is included in the Soulfully Mail Club subscription?

Once you have successfully signed up to Soulfully Mail Club, every month you will receive:

- An A4 written letter by our founder, printed in premium 180gsm paper

-A printed photograph, matching the letter's theme each month

-An A6 art print, which can also be used as a postcard or keeping notes for the month

-Song Recommendations, matching the letter's theme each month

When will I receive my letter?

The first week of each month, all letters will be shipped out. Depending on where you are located, delivery times might vary. Some estimates include:

-UK: 2-3 days after shipping date
- International (excluding EU & N. Ireland): 1 - 2 weeks after shipping date

Please note, when you first sign up, you will receive the next month's letter & onwards. Cut-off for sign-ups are the 30th of each month. For example, if you sign up on the 20th of December, you will receive January's letter and onwards.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our business, we are largely not able to accept refunds. However, an exception applies if the letter has been delivered in a significantly damaged way. If that is the case, please do get in touch by our contact page, ensuring you have all relevant evidence.

Can I pause/cancel/change my subscription?

Of course. You can make amends on your subscription at any point by accessing your customer portal page, found in your Soulfully Club account. There, you will have the options to Pause, Cancel, Skip or Change any details you need for your subscription. Please note, any payments already taken prior to amends will not be refunded.

I have bought a Gift Subscription. Where can I view my E-Gift card?

Thank you for choosing to gift our mail subscription to a close friend/family! We truly hope they love it. To view your E-Gift card confirmation, please check your emails including your spam folder too.
